Privacy Notice

This notice describes what AI Margin Guard collects through the public pilot request form, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies only to the public form at the AI Margin Guard website — not to your Shopify data (which is handled separately when and if you connect your store during the pilot).

What the pilot request form collects

• Your email address
• The URL or hostname of the Shopify store you want to connect for the pilot
• The time your request was received

What we do not collect on this form

• Payment or card details — the pilot is free and this form does not process payments
• Passwords
• Shopify data — no store data is read until and unless you explicitly connect your store during the pilot
• Cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising

Why we collect it

We use your email to reply about the 30-day pilot, and the store URL to prepare a read-only integration if you decide to proceed. We do not use this information for any other purpose.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your submitted information
• We do not share it with third parties for advertising
• We do not enroll you in a paid plan automatically

If you change your mind

You can ask us to delete your pilot request at any time by replying to any email we send you and asking for deletion. If you have connected a Shopify store, you can revoke access at any time from your Shopify admin.

This notice describes the current implementation of AI Margin Guard and will be updated if the product changes.
